The continuous expansion of our business nationally as well as internationally requires a team of motivated and qualified employees. This is why KEB employees are continuously being trained on the job in all of our departments.
Apprenticeship
Business Careers: we train students in business as well as IT application specialists (systems integration).
Industrial Careers: Certified industrial mechanic and machining technician, electronic technicians for devices and systems.
Partnerhip Studies: In cooperation with the University of Applied Science in Lemgo, Germany we train electrical and mechanical engineers. Together with the University of cooperative education BAW in Hameln we offer Business management.
Internship
In order to provide young people practical experience in the working world we regularly offer a large number of internship positions for students in the electronic and mechanical fields.
Students studying electrical and mechanical engineering as well as mechatronics may complete training at KEB for their first mandatory and second mandatory internship as well as practical seminars. Occasionally interns may have the opportunity to work abroad at one of our subsidiaries.
